Restarting Jan 5th Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-8pm Aerial Dance Fitness Get in shape with Ruby doing Aerial Fitness. This will improve strength, grace, flexibility and endurance.

Three World Titles: Acro-gymnastics, Ballet and Salsa and 18 other Titles in various performing arts and sports disciplines around the world, Ruby Karen has a total of over 30 years professional experience teaching and performing.  She traveled and continuously travels in over 20 countries and 50 cities around the globe.  She also designed the AERIAL DANCE FITNESS©, incorporating dance and aerial arts and is the founding director of the ORANGE COUNTY AERIAL ARTS. 

Fitness Aerial Arts, Dance Aerial Arts, Ballet Jazz infusion, Rehabilitation Class, Flexibility-Conditioning-Strength, Solo and Partnering Spins, Acrobatic Tricks,  Dips and Aerials and Salsa Partnering, Footwork and Styling.
