Mission:
· To provide kids with a healthy learning environment over the summer
· To expose kids to as many of the dance styles, visual, and performing arts as possible
· To foster well-rounded individuals

Workshops Each day, students will go through an intensive day of workshops focused in the visual and performing arts. These workshops will expose the students to fun but intensive snapshots of the basics of each art form. Everything learned during the course of this program will culminate into a memory book activity as well as a student showcase.

Visual The family of visual arts usually includes creative works that are in the area of "fine arts" or "arts and crafts". In our visual arts workshops, we will teach the students to sketch, draw, cartoon, paint, do special effects makeup, design costumes, sew, make masks, do arts and crafts, and more.

Performing The performing arts family includes music, drama, and dance. In these workshops we will teach a variety of different styles of dance that include hip hop, break-dancing, salsa, other Latin Styles, ballet, jazz, lyrical, technique, and more. Students will learn music through a creative rhythms class as well as learn music interpretation through the dance workshops. Broadway, drama and theater will be a focus of our workshops as well.

Language Arts During the course of each day, there will be a one hour reading (book club) workshop and a writing workshop. Students will be sharpening their language arts skills working on improving their reading and writing. The teachers will guide the students in becoming self-sufficient in reading and writing to get them prepared for their upcoming year of school. All their writing will be included in their memory book.

The Bea Hive Dance Studio and Event Ballroom provides Day care, day camps, summer session for kids, summer fun and daytime activities, summer childcare. Yearly Lessons for kids ages 18mo to 16yrs.
Hip Hop, Salsa, Bollywood, Tap, Jazz, Ballet, breakdancing and more.
